Whether your needs encompass a pivotal board meeting or an immersive training program, BICAM extends a warm invitation to explore our hearing rooms.

At BICAM, we curate each room to align seamlessly with your needs. Our versatile layout accommodate different sizes and preferences, creating a truly customised meeting experience.

Terms and condition for rental of rooms

1. Reservation Request:

   1.1. All reservation requests must be submitted through our Reservation Request Form. Any Party who made the reservation shall make full payment based on the invoice issued by BICAM within three (3) working days from the date of invoice; failing which the reservation shall be deemed cancelled.

   1.2 Upon receipt of the full payment, a notification to confirm the reservation will be sent to your email.

   1.3 BICAM reserve the right to accept or decline any Reservation Request Form.

2. Access and Payment:

   2.1 Full payment of the rental fee is required to confirm your reservation.

   2.2 Upon receipt of the full payment, a notification to confirm the reservation will be sent to you.

   2.3 Access to BICAM will be granted only during the booking period. Any extension of the reservation must be arranged and approved by BICAM in advance.

3. Cancellation and Refund policy

   3.1. Any cancellation/ amendments towards your reservation shall be by a written notice by email to reservations@bicam.org. The following cancellation charges will apply:

   • 7 working days before the confirmation of reservation date: 50% of the rental fee.
   • Less than 7 days before the confirmation of reservation date: 100% of the rental fee.
   Amendments to any confirmations are only allowed once and the said amendments shall made no less than 7 working days before BICAM’s confirmation date.

   3.2 BICAM reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the rental fee.

4. Damage and Liability:

   4.1 You shall be liable for any damage caused to the equipment in the hearing rooms during the booking period.

   4.2 BICAM is not responsible for the security of your belongings.

5. Prohibited Activities:

   5.1 Any illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.

   5.2. BICAM reserves the right to report such prohibited activities to the relevant authorities.

6. BICAM’s Operating Hours:

   Monday to Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM.

   Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

   Rental rates include: High speed Wifi internet access, printing, scanning, coffee, tea, biscuits, drinking water, and stationary.

7. Rates:

   Half day : 8:30AM – 1:00PM, or 2:00PM – 5:30PM

   Full day: 8.30AM – 5:30PM
